Do you take reservations, or accept call-ahead seating?
Knapp Pizza seats on a first-come, first-serve basis, however we do accept call-ahead seating for larger parties, call us at:  (718) 376 - 0174. 
Should I keep my lights on outside when I’m waiting for a delivery?
Yes, we highly appreciate well illuminated porches, it makes it easier for us to find your home and it is much safer for our delivery staff too. And if you own dogs please keep her on a leash.

How can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards may be purchased at our restaurant, or by phone.  

How can I check the balance on my gift card?
For balance inquiries, please visit or call us.
Do you provide charity donations?
Knapp Pizza supports our local communities by donating Pizza and gift certificates to non-profit organizations for their fundraising efforts.

If your organization is interested, please send a written request to the address below.  Your request should include contact name, organization name, mailing address, and date of fundraising event. Please allow 30 days for fulfillment. Unfortunately, we may not be able to honor all donation requests.

Do you host parties at your restaurant?
We can accommodate parties of 45 guests or less, please give us at least a few days notice for parties over 15 guests.

Does Knapp Pizza II deliver?
Yes, we have been delivering since 1994 and our drivers are extremely courteous.

Yes, we’ve been licensed since 2006, we have a modest selection of bottled beer and wine, and we serve Stella Artois and Coors Light on draft.

What to do if I’m not 100% satisfied with my order?
Call us ASAP, we wont be satisfied unless you are delighted. Our crusade to excellence can only be accomplished with your feedback, we pride ourselves of making very few mistakes, but when they do happen, we take full responsibility!
